১. আমরা কারা

HONEDGER একটি একক মালিকানাধীন প্রতিষ্ঠান। স্বত্বাধিকারী মো. আহসান হাবিব। ট্রেড লাইসেন্স ৪ নং কুমেদপুর ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ, পীরগঞ্জ, রংপুর থেকে ইস্যু করা, নম্বর ১০। ঠিকানা: মরারপাড়া, বাগদুয়ার, পীরগঞ্জ, রংপুর ৫৪৭০, বাংলাদেশ।

এই নীতিতে "আমরা" মানে HONEDGER। আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত (data controller/fiduciary) আমরাই। তথ্য-সুরক্ষা ও অভিযোগের দায়িত্বে আছেন স্বত্বাধিকারী নিজে। যোগাযোগ: support@honedger.com · ০১৭১৭-৬৭৭৪০৩।

২. এই নীতি কোথায় প্রযোজ্য

ওয়েবসাইট honedger.com ও ওয়েব-অ্যাপ (honedger.com/app), Google Play-র HONEDGER Android অ্যাপ (একই ওয়েব-অ্যাপ), এবং আমাদের Telegram বট (@honedger_bot, @honedger_studio_bot)। অন্য কোনো সাইট বা অ্যাপের লিংকে গেলে সেখানে তাদের নিজস্ব নীতি প্রযোজ্য।

৩. আমরা কী তথ্য নিই

আমরা সুনির্দিষ্ট অবস্থান (GPS), ফোনবুক, বিজ্ঞাপন-আইডি বা ফোনের হার্ডওয়্যার-আইডি সংগ্রহ করি না। জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র বা জন্মনিবন্ধন নম্বরও চাই না। বার্তায় স্বাস্থ্য, ধর্ম, আর্থিক হিসাবের মতো স্পর্শকাতর তথ্য না পাঠানোর অনুরোধ রইল।

৪. কেন ব্যবহার করি, কোন ভিত্তিতে

• সেবা দিতে (চুক্তি): প্রশ্নের উত্তর, পাঠ, কুইজ, ফাইল তৈরি, অগ্রগতি দেখানো, আর আপনার স্তর বুঝে বোঝানো।
• প্যাকেজ ও সীমা: কোন প্যাকেজ আছে, মেয়াদ কতদিন, আর ন্যায্য-ব্যবহারের সীমা যাচাই।
• পেমেন্ট: পেমেন্ট যাচাই, প্যাকেজ চালু, রিফান্ড আর হিসাব রাখা। পেমেন্টের রেকর্ড আইনে রাখতে হয়।
• সম্মতিতে: অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কের ক্ষেত্রে অভিভাবকের সম্মতি, নোটিফিকেশন, আর ঐচ্ছিক ফিচার। সম্মতি যেকোনো সময় তুলে নিতে পারেন।
• নিরাপত্তা: অপব্যবহার, প্রতারণা আর সিস্টেমের ক্ষতি ঠেকানো।
• যোগাযোগ: সহায়তা, ইমেইল যাচাই, পাসওয়ার্ড ফেরানো, আর সেবা-সংক্রান্ত জরুরি বার্তা।

নতুন কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে তথ্য ব্যবহার করতে চাইলে আগে এই নীতি হালনাগাদ করব, আর প্রয়োজনে আপনার সম্মতি নেব।

৫. AI দিয়ে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ

• উত্তর, নোট, প্রশ্ন ইত্যাদি তৈরি করে কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা (AI) মডেল। এ জন্য আপনার প্রশ্ন, ছবি বা কণ্ঠ থেকে পাওয়া লেখা, আর প্রয়োজনীয় প্রেক্ষাপট (যেমন শ্রেণি) ধারা ৬-এর সেবাদাতাদের কাছে যায়।
• AI-এর উত্তর ভুল হতে পারে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ে পাঠ্যবই, শিক্ষক বা নির্ভরযোগ্য উৎসে মিলিয়ে নিন।
• আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত কনটেন্ট দিয়ে নিজস্ব AI মডেল প্রশিক্ষণ দিই না।
• শুধু স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নেওয়া এমন কোনো সিদ্ধান্ত নেই যা আপনার ওপর আইনি বা সমান গুরুত্বের প্রভাব ফেলে। প্যাকেজের সীমা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে প্রয়োগ হয়, আর ভারী ব্যবহারে সিস্টেম সাশ্রয়ী মডেলে সরে যেতে পারে। এ নিয়ে প্রশ্ন থাকলে মানুষের পর্যালোচনা চাইতে পারেন।

৬. কাদের সঙ্গে তথ্য যায়

সেবা চালাতে নিচের সেবাদাতারা আমাদের হয়ে তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করে। যে ফিচার ব্যবহার করছেন, শুধু তার জন্য যতটুকু দরকার ততটুকু যায়। প্রতিটি সেবাদাতা নিজস্ব শর্ত ও গোপনীয়তা নীতি মেনে চলে।

নতুন সেবাদাতা যোগ হলে (যেমন SMS পাঠানোর সেবা) এই তালিকা হালনাগাদ করা হবে।

অন্য মানুষ যা দেখেন

• অভিভাবক: সন্তানের অগ্রগতি, পড়ার সময়, দুর্বল বিষয়, পরীক্ষার ফল আর প্যাকেজ দেখেন। চ্যাটের লেখা দেখেন না। ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী শিক্ষার্থী নিজে ঠিক করেন অভিভাবক কী দেখবেন।
• প্রতিষ্ঠান ও শিক্ষক: তাদের কোডে যুক্ত শিক্ষার্থীর নাম, শ্রেণি আর তাদের দেওয়া পরীক্ষা বা কাজের ফল দেখেন।
• আইন অনুযায়ী: আদালত বা আইনগত ক্ষমতাসম্পন্ন কর্তৃপক্ষের বৈধ অনুরোধে, শুধু যতটুকু আইনে বাধ্যতামূলক।
• ব্যবসা হস্তান্তর: HONEDGER অন্য কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানে হস্তান্তর হলে এই নীতির একই সুরক্ষাসহ তথ্য যাবে, আর আপনাকে আগে জানানো হবে।

আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, ভাড়া দিই না, বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য দিই না। এখন HONEDGER-এ তৃতীয় পক্ষের কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন নেই।

৭. শিশু ও অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক শিক্ষার্থী

HONEDGER-এ প্রথম থেকে দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীরা পড়ে। বাংলাদেশের ব্যক্তিগত-উপাত্ত সুরক্ষা আইনে ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী সবাই শিশু, তাই:

• নিবন্ধনের সময় নিরপেক্ষভাবে জন্মতারিখ জানতে চাওয়া হয়। বয়স ১৮-এর কম হলে অভিভাবক এক-ট্যাপ লিংকে অনুমোদন না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত শিক্ষার্থী শুধু বিনামূল্যের নমুনা দেখতে পারে। তখন চ্যাট, অগ্রগতি বা অন্য কোনো শেখার তথ্য সংরক্ষণ হয় না।
• অনুমোদনের অপেক্ষায় থাকা আবেদনে শুধু শিক্ষার্থীর নাম, শ্রেণি, জন্মতারিখ আর অভিভাবকের যোগাযোগ থাকে। ৭ দিনের মধ্যে অনুমোদন না এলে আবেদনটি নিজে থেকে মুছে যায়।
• অভিভাবক নিজেও আগে নিবন্ধন করে সন্তানের জন্য কোড বানাতে পারেন। প্রতিষ্ঠান বা টিউটর কোড দিয়ে শিক্ষার্থী যুক্ত করলে অভিভাবকের সম্মতি নেওয়ার দায়িত্ব তাদেরও।
• ১৮-এর কম কারো তথ্য দিয়ে প্রোফাইলিং, আচরণ-অনুসরণ বা লক্ষ্যভিত্তিক বিজ্ঞাপন করা হয় না।
• পেমেন্ট করেন অভিভাবক। শিক্ষার্থীর পর্দায় কেনার বোতামের বদলে "অভিভাবককে বলো" অনুরোধ যায়।
• অভিভাবক যেকোনো সময় সন্তানের তথ্য দেখতে, ঠিক করতে বা মুছতে বলতে পারেন, আর সম্মতি তুলে নিতে পারেন।
• অভিভাবকের অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো শিশুর তথ্য আমাদের কাছে আছে মনে হলে support@honedger.com-এ জানান। আমরা তা মুছে ফেলব।

৮. তথ্য কোথায় থাকে, দেশের বাইরে যায় কি না

আমাদের ডাটাবেস সিঙ্গাপুরে অবস্থিত সার্ভারে। ধারা ৬-এর সেবাদাতারা অন্য দেশেও তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করে। সেবা ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই আন্তঃসীমান্ত প্রক্রিয়াকরণে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। প্রযোজ্য আইন বা কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশে বাংলাদেশে কপি রাখা বা অন্য ব্যবস্থা বাধ্যতামূলক হলে আমরা তা মেনে চলব।

৯. কতদিন রাখি

আপনার ব্রাউজার বা ফোনে (local storage) রাখা জিনিস, যেমন লগইন, পছন্দ আর অফলাইন খসড়া, লগআউট করলে বা ব্রাউজারের ডেটা মুছলে মুছে যায়। Telegram-এ বটের সঙ্গে আপনার কথোপকথন Telegram-এর কাছে থাকে, তা আপনি Telegram থেকেই মুছতে পারেন।

১০. নিরাপত্তা

• সব সংযোগ HTTPS-এ এনক্রিপ্টেড।
• পাসওয়ার্ড শুধু bcrypt-hash করে রাখা হয়। গেটওয়ে ও সেবাদাতার চাবি ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপের কোডে থাকে না, শুধু আমাদের সার্ভারে সীমিত প্রবেশাধিকারে থাকে।
• সার্ভার ও ডাটাবেসে প্রবেশাধিকার শুধু স্বত্বাধিকারীর।
• অপব্যবহার ঠেকাতে চেষ্টার সংখ্যা সীমিত রাখা হয়।

কোনো ব্যবস্থাই শতভাগ নিরাপদ বলা যায় না। তাই আমরা শুরু থেকেই যতটা কম সম্ভব তথ্য নিই।

১১. কুকি ও লোকাল স্টোরেজ

আমরা বিজ্ঞাপন বা অনুসরণের (tracking) কুকি ব্যবহার করি না। অ্যাপ আপনার ব্রাউজারের local storage-এ লগইন-সেশন, ভাষা ও পছন্দ, আর অফলাইন খসড়া রাখে, যাতে প্রতিবার নতুন করে লগইন করতে না হয়। Cloudflare নিরাপত্তার জন্য অত্যাবশ্যক কুকি বসাতে পারে, আর কুকি-বিহীন ট্রাফিক-পরিসংখ্যান রাখতে পারে।

১২. আপনার অধিকার

• আপনার কী তথ্য আছে জানতে চাওয়া, আর একটা কপি চাওয়া
• ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য ঠিক করা
• তথ্য বা পুরো অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা (অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা মোছা)
• সম্মতি তুলে নেওয়া, বা কোনো প্রক্রিয়াকরণে আপত্তি জানানো
• আমাদের কাছে, আর আইনে নির্ধারিত কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে অভিযোগ করা

support@honedger.com-এ নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল থেকে লিখুন, বা @honedger_bot-এ জানান। অনুরোধটি সত্যিই আপনার কিনা যাচাইয়ের জন্য একটা প্রশ্ন করতে পারি। আমরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অনুরোধ পূরণ করি, আর পূরণ করতে না পারলে লিখিত কারণ জানাই। এর জন্য কোনো টাকা লাগে না।

১৩. তথ্য-ফাঁস হলে

আপনার তথ্য ঝুঁকিতে পড়ার মতো কোনো নিরাপত্তা-ঘটনা জানতে পারলে আমরা দ্রুত তা থামানোর ব্যবস্থা নেব, আইন অনুযায়ী কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাব, আর ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ব্যবহারকারীদের ইমেইল, বট বা অ্যাপে জানাব কী হয়েছে এবং কী করা উচিত।

১৪. এই নীতির পরিবর্তন

বদল হলে এই পাতায় নতুন তারিখ ও সংস্করণ দেওয়া হবে। বড় পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হওয়ার অন্তত ৭ দিন আগে এই পাতায় প্রকাশ করা হবে, আর সম্ভব হলে অ্যাপ, ইমেইল বা বটেও জানানো হবে।

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

HONEDGER is a sole proprietorship of Md Ahsan Habib, holding a trade licence issued by 4 No. Kumedpur Union Parishad, Pirganj, Rangpur, licence number 10. Address: Morarpara, Bagduar, Pirganj, Rangpur 5470, Bangladesh.

"We" means HONEDGER, the controller (data fiduciary) of your personal data. The proprietor is personally responsible for data protection and complaints. Contact: support@honedger.com · +880 1717-677403.

2. Scope

This policy covers honedger.com and the web app (honedger.com/app), the HONEDGER Android app on Google Play (which runs the same web app), and our Telegram bots (@honedger_bot, @honedger_studio_bot). Other sites or apps we link to have their own policies.

3. Information we collect

We do not collect precise location (GPS), contacts, advertising IDs or hardware device IDs, and we do not ask for national ID or birth registration numbers. Please do not send sensitive information such as health, religion or bank details in messages.

4. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To provide the service (contract): answers, lessons, quizzes, files, progress, and explanations that fit your level.
• Packages and limits: checking your package, its expiry and fair-use limits.
• Payments: verifying payments, activating packages, refunds and accounts. The law requires us to keep payment records.
• With consent: guardian consent for minors, notifications and optional features. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Security: preventing abuse, fraud and harm to the system.
• Communication: support, email verification, password reset and essential service messages.

Before using data for a new purpose we will update this policy and, where needed, ask for your consent.

5. AI processing

• Answers, notes, questions and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) models. Your question, image or transcribed voice, plus the context needed (such as your class), is sent to the providers in section 6.
• AI can be wrong. Check important matters against textbooks, teachers or reliable sources.
• We do not train our own AI models on your personal content.
• We make no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect on you. Package limits are applied automatically, and heavy use may switch you to a more economical model. You can ask for a human review of any such matter.

6. Who receives data

These providers process data on our behalf to run the service. Only what a feature needs is shared, and each provider follows its own terms and privacy policy.

We will update this list when a new provider is added (for example an SMS service).

What other people see

• Guardians see their child's progress, study time, weak topics, test results and package, but not chat text. Students aged 18 or over decide what a linked guardian sees.
• Institutions and teachers see the names and classes of students who joined with their code, and the results of tests or work they set.
• As required by law: on a lawful request from a court or authorised authority, and only what the law requires.
• Business transfer: if HONEDGER is transferred, data moves with the same protections and you will be told first.

We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising. HONEDGER currently shows no third-party advertising.

7. Children and minors

Students from class 1 to 12 use HONEDGER. Under Bangladesh's personal data protection law everyone under 18 is a child, so:

• We ask for date of birth on a neutral screen at sign-up. If the student is under 18, they can only view free samples until a guardian approves through a one-tap link. Until then no chats, progress or other learning data are stored.
• A pending request holds only the student's name, class, date of birth and the guardian's contact. If not approved within 7 days it is deleted automatically.
• Guardians can also register first and create codes for their children. Institutions and tutors who enrol students with a code share responsibility for obtaining guardian consent.
• No profiling, behavioural tracking or targeted advertising is done with data of anyone under 18.
• Guardians make payments. Instead of a buy button, students see an "ask your guardian" request.
• Guardians may at any time ask to see, correct or delete their child's data, and may withdraw consent.
• If you believe we hold a child's data without guardian permission, write to support@honedger.com and we will delete it.

8. Storage location and transfers abroad

Our database is on a server in Singapore, and the providers in section 6 process data in other countries too. By using the service you consent to this cross-border processing. If applicable law or an authority requires a copy in Bangladesh or other measures, we will comply.

9. How long we keep data

Items kept in your browser or phone (local storage), such as login, preferences and offline drafts, are removed when you log out or clear browser data. Your conversation with a bot stays with Telegram, and you can delete it in Telegram.

10. Security

• All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
• Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Gateway and provider keys are never in the website or app code; they are kept only on our server with restricted access.
• Only the proprietor has access to the server and database.
• Attempts are rate-limited to prevent abuse.

No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as possible in the first place.

11. Cookies and local storage

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores your login session, language and preferences, and offline drafts in your browser's local storage so you do not have to log in every time. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies and keep cookie-less traffic statistics.

12. Your rights

• To know what data we hold and get a copy
• To correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• To delete data or your whole account (Account & Data Deletion)
• To withdraw consent or object to processing
• To complain to us and to the authority designated by law

Write from your registered email to support@honedger.com or message @honedger_bot. We may ask one question to confirm the request is yours. We fulfil requests within 30 days, or explain in writing why we cannot. There is no charge.

13. Data breaches

If we learn of a security incident that puts your data at risk, we will act quickly to contain it, notify the authority as the law requires, and tell affected users by email, bot or app what happened and what they should do.

14. Changes to this policy

Changes are shown on this page with a new date and version. Material changes are published here at least 7 days before they take effect, and where possible announced in the app, by email or in the bot.

We aim to reply within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the authority established under the personal data protection law (once operational), or, for consumer matters, to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection.

If the Bengali and English versions differ, the Bengali version prevails.
