শর্তাবলি

HONEDGER ওয়েবসাইট (honedger.com), ওয়েব-অ্যাপ, Google Play-র Android অ্যাপ ও Telegram বটের মাধ্যমে AI-ভিত্তিক শিক্ষা ও কাজের সহায়ক সেবা দেয়। অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলে, "সম্মত" ঘরে টিক দিয়ে বা সেবা ব্যবহার করে আপনি এই শর্তাবলি, আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি ও রিফান্ড নীতি মেনে নিচ্ছেন। তিনটি মিলে আপনার ও HONEDGER-এর মধ্যে ইলেকট্রনিক চুক্তি (চুক্তি আইন, ১৮৭২ ও তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি আইন, ২০০৬ অনুযায়ী)। মেনে নিতে না চাইলে অনুগ্রহ করে সেবা ব্যবহার করবেন না।

১. কারা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন

• ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী যে কেউ নিজের নামে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে পারবেন।
• ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী শিক্ষার্থী অভিভাবক বা আইনগত অভিভাবকের অনুমোদন নিয়ে ব্যবহার করবে। অনুমোদনের আগে শুধু বিনামূল্যের নমুনা দেখা যায়। অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কের পক্ষে সম্মতি ও পেমেন্ট দেন অভিভাবক, আর চুক্তির পক্ষও অভিভাবক।
• প্রতিষ্ঠান বা টিউটরের কোড দিয়ে শিক্ষার্থী যুক্ত করলে প্রতিষ্ঠান বা টিউটর নিশ্চিত করবেন যে অভিভাবকের সম্মতি আছে।
• প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে যিনি অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলেন, তিনি নিশ্চিত করেন যে প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে চুক্তি করার অধিকার তাঁর আছে।

২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও নিরাপত্তা

• সঠিক তথ্য দিন এবং বদলালে হালনাগাদ করুন।
• পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখুন। একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট একজন মানুষের জন্য, ভাগাভাগি বা বিক্রি করা যাবে না। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে যা হয় তার দায় আপনার।
• অ্যাকাউন্ট বেহাত হয়েছে মনে হলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে পাসওয়ার্ড বদলান এবং আমাদের জানান।

৩. সেবা কী

• শিক্ষা (সবার জন্য খোলা): শিক্ষার্থীর পাঠ, অধ্যায়ের আলোচনা, চ্যাট-উত্তর, কুইজ, মডেল টেস্ট; শিক্ষকের পাঠ-পরিকল্পনা, ক্লাস নোট, প্রশ্নপত্র ও অন্যান্য টুল; প্রতিষ্ঠান, টিউটর ও অভিভাবকের অংশ।
• আমন্ত্রণভিত্তিক টুল: কনটেন্ট-তৈরির Studio, ব্যবসার হিসাব-খাতা ও সংবাদ ডেস্ক এখন শুধু আমন্ত্রিতদের জন্য। এগুলো পরীক্ষামূলক পর্যায়ে, তাই বদলাতে বা বন্ধ হতে পারে।
• সেবা উন্নত করতে আমরা ফিচার যোগ, বদল বা বাদ দিতে পারি। কোনো পেইড ফিচার চলতি মেয়াদে স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ হলে রিফান্ড নীতি অনুযায়ী আনুপাতিক টাকা ফেরত বা সমমূল্যের বিকল্প পাবেন।

৪. AI-এর সীমা: যা জানা জরুরি

• HONEDGER-এর উত্তর ও ফাইল কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা (AI) দিয়ে তৈরি। আমরা মান-যাচাই করি, তবু AI ভুল করতে পারে। পরীক্ষা, ভর্তি বা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্তের আগে পাঠ্যবই, শিক্ষক বা নির্ভরযোগ্য উৎসে মিলিয়ে নিন।
• HONEDGER শিক্ষকের বিকল্প নয়। এটি চিকিৎসা, আইনি, কর, আর্থিক বা বিনিয়োগ পরামর্শ দেয় না।
• ব্যবসার টুলগুলো শুধু হিসাব রাখা আর শেখার জন্য। এর কোনো সংখ্যা, হিসাব বা পরামর্শ বিনিয়োগ বা আর্থিক সিদ্ধান্তের সুপারিশ নয়। HONEDGER আপনার পক্ষে কোনো আর্থিক লেনদেন বা বিনিয়োগ করে না।
• সংবাদ ডেস্কের খসড়া প্রকাশের আগে তথ্য যাচাই ও সম্পাদকীয় সিদ্ধান্তের দায়িত্ব সাংবাদিক ও প্রকাশকের।
• শিক্ষকের তৈরি প্রশ্নপত্র, নোট বা মূল্যায়ন ব্যবহারের আগে শিক্ষক নিজে দেখে নেবেন।

৫. প্যাকেজ, দাম ও ফ্রি স্তর

• ওপরের দাম এই পাতা হালনাগাদের দিনের। কেনার আগে অ্যাপে যে দাম, মেয়াদ আর সুবিধা দেখানো হয়, সেটাই চূড়ান্ত। দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায়। আপনি যে অঙ্ক দেখেন ঠিক সেটাই দেন, গেটওয়ের চার্জ আমরা বহন করি।
• প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্যাকেজ আলাদা লিখিত প্রস্তাব বা চুক্তিতে ঠিক হয়।
• ফ্রি স্তর: দিনে সীমিত চ্যাট, আগে-তৈরি কনটেন্ট আর প্রতিটি টুলে সীমিত নমুনা। ফ্রি সেবা সাশ্রয়ী মডেলে চলে, আর সবার মোট দৈনিক ফ্রি-বরাদ্দ শেষ হলে সেদিনের মতো সাময়িক বন্ধ থাকতে পারে। ফ্রি সেবা "যেমন আছে" ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়।
• ন্যায্য ব্যবহার: প্রতিটি প্যাকেজে দৈনিক ও সাপ্তাহিক ব্যবহার-সীমা আছে। খুব দ্রুত বেশি ব্যবহার হলে সিস্টেম সাশ্রয়ী মডেলে সরে যেতে পারে, যাতে পুরো মাস সেবা চলে। স্বয়ংক্রিয় (bot/script) ব্যবহার, অ্যাকাউন্ট ভাগাভাগি বা পুনর্বিক্রি অনুমোদিত নয়।
• দাম বদলালে নতুন দাম শুধু পরের কেনায় প্রযোজ্য। চলতি মেয়াদের দাম বা সুবিধা কমে না।

৬. পেমেন্ট, চালু হওয়া ও নবায়ন

• পেমেন্ট নেওয়া হয় অ্যাপে চালু দেখানো মাধ্যমে: bKash ও SSLCommerz (কার্ড, নগদ, রকেট, ব্যাংক) গেটওয়ে, অথবা আমাদের নির্দেশিত bKash নম্বরে সরাসরি পাঠিয়ে লেনদেন নম্বর (TrxID) জমা দিয়ে। কার্ড নম্বর, PIN বা OTP আমরা কখনো চাই না, রাখি না।
• অনলাইন গেটওয়েতে পেমেন্ট সফল ও গেটওয়ের সার্ভার থেকে যাচাই হলে প্যাকেজ সঙ্গে সঙ্গে চালু হয়। TrxID দিয়ে হাতে-যাচাইয়ে সাধারণত ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে চালু হয়। ৪৮ ঘণ্টায় চালু না হলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত চাইতে পারেন।
• অঙ্ক না মিললে বা গেটওয়ে ঝুঁকি-চিহ্ন দিলে প্যাকেজ চালুর আগে হাতে যাচাই হয়।
• স্বয়ংক্রিয় নবায়ন নেই। মেয়াদ শেষে আবার পেমেন্ট না করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট ফ্রি স্তরে ফিরে যায়, আপনার তৈরি ফাইল মুছে যায় না।
• পেমেন্টের পর অ্যাপে প্যাকেজ ও মেয়াদ দেখা যায়। ইনভয়েস নম্বর দিয়ে চাইলে আমরা পেমেন্টের লিখিত বিবরণ পাঠাই।
• রেফারেল বা ছাড়ের কোড চালু থাকলে কোডের শর্ত কেনার পাতায় দেখানো হয়। কোড নগদ টাকায় বদলানো যায় না।

৭. বাতিল ও রিফান্ড

যেকোনো সময় বাতিল করতে পারেন। কখন, কতটা টাকা ফেরত পাবেন তা রিফান্ড ও বাতিল নীতি-তে বিস্তারিত আছে।

৮. আপনার কনটেন্ট

• আপনি যা পাঠান (প্রশ্ন, ছবি, ভয়েস, ফাইল, আপলোড) তার মালিকানা আপনার। শুধু সেবা দেওয়ার জন্য, অর্থাৎ প্রক্রিয়া করা, সংরক্ষণ, AI সেবাদাতার কাছে পাঠানো আর আপনাকে ফল পৌঁছে দেওয়ার জন্য, আপনি আমাদের সীমিত, অ-একচেটিয়া, বিনামূল্যের অনুমতি দিচ্ছেন। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছলে এই অনুমতিও শেষ হয়, তবে আইনে রাখতে বাধ্য তথ্য ছাড়া।
• আপনার জন্য তৈরি আউটপুট (নোট, প্রশ্নপত্র, স্লাইড, ভিডিও ইত্যাদি) আপনি নিজের পড়াশোনা, শিক্ষকতা, ব্যবসা ও প্রকাশের কাজে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। AI-আউটপুটে অন্যের মেধাস্বত্বের মতো কিছু থাকলে তা আপনার দায়িত্বে যাচাই করে নেবেন।
• Studio-তে আপলোড: যে ছবি, কণ্ঠ, ভিডিও বা সংগীত আপলোড করেন, তা ব্যবহারের অধিকার আপনার আছে, এবং ছবিতে বা কণ্ঠে অন্য কোনো মানুষ থাকলে তাঁর সম্মতি আছে, এটা আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন। কারো চেহারা বা কণ্ঠ তাঁর অনুমতি ছাড়া নকল করা যাবে না। প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী AI-তৈরি কনটেন্টে AI-ঘোষণা দেওয়া আপনার দায়িত্ব।
• আপনার কনটেন্ট আমরা বিজ্ঞাপন বা প্রচারে ব্যবহার করি না। কোনো দিন ব্যবহার করতে চাইলে আলাদাভাবে আপনার অনুমতি নেব।

৯. HONEDGER-এর মেধাস্বত্ব ও পাঠ্যবই

• HONEDGER নাম, লোগো, সফটওয়্যার, নকশা আর আমাদের তৈরি পাঠ-কনটেন্ট HONEDGER-এর সম্পত্তি। ব্যক্তিগত পড়াশোনা ও শিক্ষকতার জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে, তবে অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি করে বিক্রি বা অন্য সেবায় প্রকাশ করা যাবে না।
• NCTB-র পাঠ্যবই ও বোর্ডের প্রশ্নের স্বত্ব তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকের। আমরা পাঠ্যসূচি অনুসারে বিষয়বস্তুর নিজস্ব ভাষায় ব্যাখ্যা ও সমাধান দিই। কোনো স্বত্বাধিকারী আপত্তি জানালে ধারা ১৩ অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হয়।

১০. যা করা যাবে না

• চলমান পরীক্ষায় অসদুপায়, বা অন্যের পরিচয়ে পরীক্ষা দেওয়া।
• বাংলাদেশের আইনে অবৈধ, মানহানিকর, ঘৃণা বা সহিংসতা-উসকানিমূলক, অশ্লীল, বা শিশুর জন্য ক্ষতিকর কনটেন্ট তৈরি বা ছড়ানো।
• অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, ছবি বা কণ্ঠ অনুমতি ছাড়া আপলোড করা; কারো ভুয়া ছবি, ভিডিও বা কণ্ঠ (deepfake) বানানো; অন্যের মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন।
• ভুয়া সংবাদ, প্রতারণা বা স্প্যাম তৈরি।
• সিস্টেমে অনধিকার প্রবেশ, ভাইরাস, অতিরিক্ত অনুরোধ, সীমা এড়ানোর চেষ্টা, বা নিরাপত্তা ভাঙার চেষ্টা।
• HONEDGER-এর কনটেন্ট বা সফটওয়্যার কপি বা রিভার্স-ইঞ্জিনিয়ার করে প্রতিযোগী সেবা বানানো।

১১. প্রতিষ্ঠান, শিক্ষক, টিউটর ও অভিভাবক

• প্রতিষ্ঠান ও টিউটর তাদের শিক্ষক ও শিক্ষার্থীদের তথ্য শুধু শিক্ষার কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন, গোপনীয় রাখবেন, আর আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি মেনে চলবেন।
• প্রতিষ্ঠানের সঙ্গে আলাদা লিখিত চুক্তি থাকলে সেই চুক্তি এই শর্তাবলির ওপর অগ্রাধিকার পাবে।
• অভিভাবক সন্তানের অ্যাকাউন্টের অনুমোদন, তত্ত্বাবধান ও পেমেন্টের দায়িত্বে থাকেন।

১২. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা

Telegram, Google Play, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে আর AI সেবাদাতার নিজস্ব শর্ত আছে। তাদের সেবায় বিঘ্ন বা তাদের নিজস্ব নীতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই, তবে সমস্যা মেটাতে যথাসাধ্য সাহায্য করব।

১৩. মেধাস্বত্ব-লঙ্ঘনের অভিযোগ

আপনার স্বত্ব লঙ্ঘিত হয়েছে মনে করলে কনটেন্টের লিংক বা বিবরণ, আপনার স্বত্বের প্রমাণ আর যোগাযোগের তথ্যসহ support@honedger.com-এ লিখুন। আমরা ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে কী ব্যবস্থা নিয়েছি তা জানাব, আর প্রয়োজনে কনটেন্ট সরিয়ে নেব।

১৪. স্থগিত, বাতিল ও দায়ের সীমা

• আপনি যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ ও তথ্য মোছার অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন: অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা মোছা।
• এই শর্ত ভাঙলে আমরা সতর্ক করতে, সাময়িক স্থগিত করতে বা অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারি। সাধারণত আগে কারণ জানিয়ে, তবে গুরুতর বা অবৈধ ক্ষেত্রে আগাম নোটিশ ছাড়াই। সিদ্ধান্তের বিরুদ্ধে আপনি ধারা ১৫-এর পথে আপত্তি জানাতে পারেন।
• আমরা নিরবচ্ছিন্ন ও ত্রুটিমুক্ত সেবা দিতে চেষ্টা করি, কিন্তু রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, ইন্টারনেট বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারণে বিঘ্ন ঘটতে পারে।
• আইনে যতটা অনুমোদিত, কোনো দাবিতে HONEDGER-এর মোট দায় দাবির আগের ৩ মাসে আপনি HONEDGER-কে যে টাকা দিয়েছেন তার বেশি হবে না। পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি, যেমন পরীক্ষার ফল, আয় বা সুযোগ হারানো, এর আওতায় নেই।
• এই সীমা প্রতারণা, ইচ্ছাকৃত অসদাচরণ বা গুরুতর অবহেলার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য নয়, এবং ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন, ২০০৯ বা অন্য আইনে আপনার অধিকার খর্ব করে না।
• দুর্যোগ, সরকারি নির্দেশ, ইন্টারনেট বন্ধ বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের ঘটনায় সেবা বিঘ্নিত হলে আমরা দায়ী নই। তবে পেইড মেয়াদের ক্ষতি পুষিয়ে দেওয়ার নিয়ম রিফান্ড নীতিতে আছে।

১৫. অভিযোগ ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি

1. প্রথমে support@honedger.com, ০১৭১৭-৬৭৭৪০৩ বা @honedger_bot-এ জানান। অভিযোগ গ্রহণের ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমরা সমাধান বা পরের ধাপ জানাব।
2. সন্তুষ্ট না হলে জাতীয় ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তর (DNCRP)-এ অভিযোগ করতে পারেন। আইন অনুযায়ী ঘটনার ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে লিখিত অভিযোগ করতে হয়। সরকারের কেন্দ্রীয় অভিযোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা পদ্ধতিও (CCMS) ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
3. এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যাত। বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে, যা আপনার ভোক্তা-অধিকার খর্ব করবে না।

১৬. পরিবর্তন

শর্তাবলি বদলালে এই পাতায় নতুন তারিখ ও সংস্করণ দেওয়া হবে। বড় পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হওয়ার অন্তত ৭ দিন আগে এই পাতায় প্রকাশ করা হবে, আর সম্ভব হলে অ্যাপ, ইমেইল বা বটে জানানো হবে। এরপর ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে নতুন শর্তে সম্মতি ধরা হবে। একমত না হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারবেন, আর সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড নীতি প্রযোজ্য।

১৭. অন্যান্য

কোনো ধারা অকার্যকর ঘোষিত হলে বাকিগুলো বহাল থাকবে। আমরা কোনো অধিকার প্রয়োগ না করলে তা ছেড়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে বলে ধরা হবে না। বাংলা ও ইংরেজি সংস্করণে অমিল হলে বাংলা সংস্করণ প্রাধান্য পাবে।

Terms & Conditions

HONEDGER provides AI-based learning and productivity services through honedger.com, its web app, its Android app on Google Play and its Telegram bots. By creating an account, ticking "I agree" or using the service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Together they form an electronic contract between you and HONEDGER under the Contract Act 1872 and the Information and Communication Technology Act 2006. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

• Anyone aged 18 or over may open an account in their own name.
• Students under 18 use HONEDGER with the approval of a parent or legal guardian; before approval only free samples are available. The guardian gives consent, makes payments and is the contracting party.
• Institutions and tutors who enrol students with a code confirm that guardian consent exists.
• Whoever opens an account for an institution confirms they are authorised to contract on its behalf.

2. Account and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret. An account is for one person and may not be shared or sold. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you think your account is compromised, change your password at once and tell us.

3. The service

• Education (open to all): student lessons, chapter explanations, chat answers, quizzes and model tests; teacher tools such as lesson plans, class notes and exam papers; institution, tutor and guardian areas.
• Invite-only tools: the content Studio, the business ledger and the news desk are currently available by invitation only. They are in a trial stage and may change or close.
• We may add, change or remove features. If a paid feature is permanently withdrawn during a paid period, you get a pro-rata refund or an equivalent alternative under the Refund Policy.

4. Limits of AI: please read

• HONEDGER's answers and files are generated by artificial intelligence. We apply quality checks, but AI can make mistakes. Verify against textbooks, teachers or reliable sources before exams, admissions or important decisions.
• HONEDGER does not replace a teacher and does not give medical, legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
• The business tools are for bookkeeping and learning only. No figure, calculation or suggestion in them is an investment or financial recommendation, and HONEDGER makes no financial transactions or investments on your behalf.
• Journalists and publishers remain responsible for fact-checking and editorial decisions before publishing any news desk draft.
• Teachers should review generated exam papers, notes or assessments before using them.

5. Packages, prices and free tier

• Prices above are as of this page's date. The price, period and features shown in the app before purchase are final. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka; you pay exactly the amount shown and we bear the gateway charges.
• Institution packages are set by a separate written offer or agreement.
• Free tier: limited daily chats, pre-made content and a limited number of samples per tool. It runs on cost-efficient models and may pause for the day once the combined daily free allowance is used up. It is provided "as is".
• Fair use: every package has daily and weekly usage limits. Very fast heavy use may switch you to a more economical model so the service lasts the whole month. Automated (bot or script) use, account sharing and resale are not allowed.
• A new price applies only to later purchases; the price and features of a period already paid for are never reduced.

6. Payment, activation and renewal

• Payments are taken through the methods shown as available in the app: the bKash and SSLCommerz gateways (cards, Nagad, Rocket, bank), or by sending money to the bKash number we specify and submitting the transaction ID (TrxID). We never ask for or store card numbers, PINs or OTPs.
• With an online gateway, the package activates as soon as the payment succeeds and is verified with the gateway's server. Manual TrxID verification usually completes within 24 hours. If a package is not active within 48 hours, you may ask for a full refund.
• If the amount does not match, or the gateway flags a risk, the payment is reviewed by hand before activation.
• There is no automatic renewal. If you do not pay again at the end of the period, your account returns to the free tier and your files are kept.
• Your package and expiry are shown in the app after payment. On request, quoting your invoice number, we send a written payment statement.
• Where referral or discount codes are active, their terms are shown on the purchase page. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. When and how much you get back is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Your content

• You own what you submit (questions, images, voice, files, uploads). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to process and store it, send it to AI providers and deliver results to you, solely to provide the service. This permission ends when your account is deleted, except for data the law requires us to keep.
• You may use outputs generated for you for your own study, teaching, business and publishing. You are responsible for checking that an AI output does not reproduce someone else's protected work.
• Studio uploads: you confirm you have the right to use any image, voice, video or music you upload, and that anyone else whose face or voice appears has consented. You may not imitate anyone's face or voice without their permission. You are responsible for adding AI disclosure where a platform's rules require it.
• We do not use your content for advertising or promotion. If we ever wish to, we will ask your permission separately.

9. HONEDGER intellectual property and textbooks

• The HONEDGER name, logo, software, design and the learning content we create belong to HONEDGER. You may use them for personal study and teaching, but not copy them for sale or publication in another service without permission.
• NCTB textbooks and board questions belong to their respective owners. We provide our own explanations and solutions following the curriculum. Objections from rights-holders are handled under section 13.

10. Prohibited use

• Cheating in a live exam, or sitting an exam as someone else.
• Creating or spreading content that is unlawful in Bangladesh, defamatory, inciting hatred or violence, obscene, or harmful to children.
• Uploading others' personal data, images or voice without permission; making fake images, videos or voices of real people (deepfakes); infringing others' intellectual property.
• Producing fake news, scams or spam.
• Unauthorised access, malware, excessive requests, attempts to bypass limits or break security.
• Copying or reverse-engineering HONEDGER's content or software to build a competing service.

11. Institutions, teachers, tutors and guardians

• Institutions and tutors use their teachers' and students' data only for education, keep it confidential and follow our Privacy Policy.
• A separate written agreement with an institution prevails over these Terms.
• Guardians are responsible for approving, supervising and paying for their child's account.

12. Third-party services

Telegram, Google Play, payment gateways and AI providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or policies, but we will do our best to help resolve problems.

13. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe your rights are infringed, email support@honedger.com with the content link or description, proof of your rights and your contact details. Within 7 working days we will tell you what action we have taken, and remove the content where appropriate.

14. Suspension, termination and liability

• You may close your account and request data deletion at any time: Account & Data Deletion.
• If you breach these Terms we may warn you, suspend or close your account, normally after telling you why, but without notice in serious or unlawful cases. You may object through section 15.
• We aim for an uninterrupted, error-free service, but maintenance, connectivity and third parties may cause disruption.
• To the extent the law allows, HONEDGER's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid HONEDGER in the 3 months before the claim, and excludes indirect loss such as exam results, income or lost opportunity.
• This cap does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and does not reduce your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 or any other law.
• We are not liable for disruption caused by disasters, government orders, internet shutdowns or other events beyond our control; compensation for lost paid days is covered in the Refund Policy.

15. Complaints and disputes

1. Contact support@honedger.com, +880 1717-677403 or @honedger_bot first. Within 72 hours of receiving a complaint we will tell you the resolution or the next step.
2. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP); the law requires a written complaint within 30 days of the cause of action. You may also use the government's Central Complaint Management System (CCMS).
3. These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes go to the competent courts of Bangladesh, without prejudice to your consumer rights.

16. Changes

When these Terms change, this page shows the new date and version. Material changes are published here at least 7 days before they take effect, and where possible announced in the app, by email or in the bot. Continued use after that means acceptance. If you disagree you may close your account, and the Refund Policy applies.

17. General

If any clause is held invalid, the rest remain in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. If the Bengali and English versions differ, the Bengali version prevails.
